Monuments

She has forgiven herself. it's been a long time now and she has managed to forgive herself. Else she wouldn't have met him on this day. She lives each moment fully, all her past becomes insignificant, every passing day. And if some day, without a hint, a breeze blows her into the past, she holds on to those chains of swing, that brings her forth with multiplied joys. This is one of those days, when she will swing back and forth. She will travel freely in her thoughts, into the past and back, with no pains, no shivers, just watching her thoughts, smiling to herself at times. She will work like other days, talk to her friends, of random things, and in the pauses between, her mind will do its job, of going to places in history, touching significant monuments, and returning back. ... it's a beautiful day. And it's a beautiful mind.
